In The Zone was created by Sam to help bring awareness to the unsung heroes of the music industry: the mixing engineer. This debut episode features Matt Sim, a mixing engineer based out of Germano Studios. Germano has a long lineage in the business as a family one. It traces the roots back to the world famous Hit Factory in the early to late 90s. Matt has worked with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, and many others.
